1. Site owner

This site is operated by PortalPBX, tax ID (RUC) 20602643141. The owner's legal name and registered address will be published in this section once confirmed.

2. Purpose

The site provides information about our cloud communications services, such as the phone system, SIP Trunk, numbers and other solutions, and lets you request demos, quotes and support.

3. Prices and commercial information

Prices published in soles (PEN) are shown with and without IGV (Peruvian VAT); prices in US dollars (USD) apply to international customers. Site information is for reference: the final conditions of each service are set out in the corresponding commercial proposal or contract. We may update plan prices and features; changes do not affect services already contracted under the agreed terms.

4. Contracting

Submitting a form or request through this site does not by itself constitute contracting a service. Contracting is formalized when you accept the commercial proposal or contract we send you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site and our services lawfully, without engaging in fraudulent activity, sending unsolicited bulk communications, impersonating others or attempting unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, designs, logos and images on this site belong to PortalPBX or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorization.

7. Liability

We strive to keep site information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or that the site will be available without interruption. Service levels for each product are governed by its contract.
